Hi,
Aptasia... aka glass anemones, are stationary and don't crawl around. If it crawls around, t's a nudibranch...if you have corals then you need to identify it to determine exactly what species it is. Some are harmful to coral, and some are not, they usually are the color of whatever it feeds on. If you have fish only, I don't think it won't hurt anything. Whenever in doubt about a mobile creature, remove it, because it may be hard to get out, or even find to remove it later after it's identified as harmful.
