Sorry to say, your flippin tank isn't cycled yet.
When your ammonia is absolute 0.00, your nitrite is absolute 0.00, you should see a spike in nitrate.
At that point you can do a water change, 25% or so, or a series of water changes until you read 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite and when the nitrate reads below 40, you can begin to add livestock and inverts.
CAUTION, you want your nitrates to be ideally 0 for a reef, that is corals. Water changes are a sure fire way to control nitrates, but you will have to be consistent with testing the water and topping off evaporation and doing water changes.
