I have a few questions about Yellow Cucumbers. Will they do good in a 8 gallon reef tank? How big do they get and are the poisonous? They are filter feeders right? How long do they live?

Not for 8 gallon tank, I think there might be some variety that filter feed but most cucumbers clean sand.... LOTS of it... either way I wouldn't put one in a tank that small.

Very low chance of survival in a small tank.

About the size of a baseball. They have a high concentration of Holothurin. This is only toxic to vertebrates.

Yes, they filter feed. This is why they are not good candidate for small systems. They have no defined lifespan. They will live until they starve or something kills them.
