Have a quick question

Hey everyone, I haven't been on in a while because i've kinda been busy, but to get on with it I have a question for you guys and gals. Well, I have a crocea clam and i was wondering on what to feed it? I took a look at the Marine Snow. Has anyone ever heard of it or has had personal experience with it? I just want my clam to be happy anf have a good life. If you guys or gals have any suggestions just say them. Thanks for everything.

Ive seen a chemical analysis on a website of that marine snow and it came up with ALMOST NO, nutritional value, your much better off with, Frozen Cyclopeeze, Oyster eggs or Liquid Life "Marine Plankton".

I totally agree! Cyclops eze, DT's frozen oyster eggs, some dried phyto & Zo plankton! He's a filter feeder and it's the nutritional quantity of the food that matters!

Bump, How about phytoplex by Kent? I am thinking about buying some to see. What is Dt's by the way? Oyster eggs??? Can you guys please explain this?

Yes photoplex works well with my crocea i also use marine snow in my tank but not for my clam i figure if my clam wants some theres some floating around after i feed the marine snow.

Thanks for the quick reply. I think ill try phytoplex and see what it does for me. Do you know what DT is and how i would use oyster eggs? Thanks

DT is a brand u can buy frozen photo and they make oyster eggs which a food really small which ur clam will love to.

go with dts the oyster eggs might be to large , u should be able to get it over the net if u search dts phytoplankton
