it raised my phosphates to the point of a cyano outbrake. Might be good for a low nutrient system, but it was not good for mine. Actually rtn'd a couple of my frags from the phosphate spike.

there are enough sps coral feeds and "growth enhancers" with known or listed ingredients to bother experimenting with these mystery formulas like this and snow ect that dont tell you spefically whats in them.
I'm not saying it doesn't work but dont you want to know what your feeding and paying for?

no need to feed sps unless you are running one of the low nutrient systems like zeovit. Fish poo, stable chemistry, light and flow are all they need.

im now low in anything. i was just wondering if it work. thanks for the input!
