Um, how about anyone who knows anything about the Batman legacy knows Harvey Dent became Two-Face, thus it was kinda spoiled in the first place.
I know, but it's been awhile so it didn't really click right away considering there wasn't much mention of two-face being in the movie on the all media.

Iron Man was good too... These movies were pretty close to me on entertainment value. However, Dark Knight was more of an adult movie...I wouldn't take my kid to see it... Joker was taking people out left and right. This is much different than other Marvel movies like Spiderman.
So my question is... who is going to play the Joker in the next movie?
Other question... (for those who may know a little more about the comic story) - Why did Batman save Dent instead of the girl?

You know what is funny, my wife the movie person, and a couple other people disagreed with my perception and think he went to have harvey not the girl.

Anybody check out the box office numbers?
$155,340,000
Highest opening weekend all time!!
Saw it Friday at 10. Nothing like getting there at 8:30, and still being 10th in line.
. I really, really liked it. Christian Bale is my favorite Batman, he plays both sides of Bruce Wayne the best IMO. And Ledger was every bit as good as Nicholas, but they were different roles as mentioned. And Aaron Eckhart was just as good as the rest of the cast as Dent/Two-face.
I agree that he went to save Harvey and not Rachel. The Jokers directions merely indicated that they were at the same place IMO. Bruce had to pick to save the city, not the girl.
And as far as "Reese," I really, really don't want to say it, but I got the impression that he would be possibly, Robin? That would spell death to this franchise of Batman, but that's just the impression I got, scary......

nah, I think this Nolan guy knows how not to ruin the franchise. I think he's proven it so far. though I was not a huge fan of "Batman Begins" because I thought it was way way way too long and drawn out. but once it got going, it was good. and this newest one, I thought was great. I think as long as Nolan is the man writing and directing, the franchise will stay on track.

I think he did great with the first one, to many of these superhero movies has these guys who are complete whiney cry babies and it annoys the living daylights out of me. But he did ok with bruce being troubled but not being a whiney little brat.

That is what I hope, just a bad feeling/vibe I got.
That said, anyone else happy to see the "Tumbler" gone? I was never a fan. I've read comments online that it 'fits in' better in Nolan's Gotham, but I dunno. I mean come on, this is Bruce Wayne at the controls, it needs
to be something fast and sexy, not a battle tank...

Yeah that thing isn't really your typical Batmobile... but then again, I like the way the director made this more of a "real world" Batman, and not a comic book type world with comic book type gadgets. Speaking of Bruce Wayne vehicles...that was a shame what he did to that Lamborghini.

I loved his tank, I want to drive it! Way cooler than the batmobile.
