Hawaiian Golden Puffer

I finally picked up my Hawaiian Golden Puffer today from the fish store. He seems to be doing good so far. He is not in a great angle to take pics but just some sample for now. He was measured at 9 in at the store. Has been there for about 8 days.

Maybe it is the camera angle, but that golden puffer does not look so good. It looks as if his skin is peeling, all over.
I would have quarantined him if he looked like that, just so he could heal up before entering such a populated display tank.

It is the pic. I just went downstairs and checked him out. I hope he will be in a better angle tomorrow. Then I can get some good pics. He does look pretty bad in that pic, but much better in person.
I just found a aquarium setting on my new camera, so maybe that will help.

I would like to see a better pic as well. That puffer certainly does look like he has some damage on his under side.

250 Gallon. But they will all be in a 1000 gallon soon.

I have a internet company that sell VOIP. Sort of like vonage but done a different way. Work keeps me busy, but I still love my fish. For now my Best Friends tank is much bigger then mine. So on the weekend we hang out at each others house and play cards in front of the tank. I could watch my fish all day long and never get tired of it. Here are some pics of his 600 gallon.

I love the tanks, and the golden puffer, I want one so bad. One question, why is his tail always bent like that?

All puffers do that. It it to protect it. I have a stripped, black mask also that do the same thing.
