I love my fish. Funny how each fish acts so different and each tank of fish is so different. My buddies 600 G fish are very different then mine. My fish go nutz at feeding time. I just walk up to the tank and they already know it is yum yum time.
I am sure by the end of this week the golden will get the hang of it also. At least he is eating the food that drops down to him.
I get stressed out if they dont eat. Never a good sign in the long run. My puffers are just like my dogs. They go from one end of the tank to another with you. To bad you cant pet them like a dog, I bet they would love it.

Today the Golden Puffer came to the top to eat and seems to be more active in the tank. This will be the 3rd day for him, so seems to be coming along pretty fast.
The clown trigger tried to take a shrimp out of his mouth. I thought it would be WWIII, but he did not mind to much. I think he is a lazy fish.

Looks good, I did doubt that many puffers in a tank but it looks like you have it under control. Great pics he has great color.

There is always a rule of thumb to go by so you are right in most cases. But all of them have been together except for the golden for over 1 1/2 years. So I think they are very use to each other.
Who is to say if I put them all in there now together what would happen.

it's a cool tank and everything.. but i gotta be real, the hawaiian is going to die.. it is another more fragile fish like your map puffer that just died and you didn't know why, you ran right out and bought another fish..and your clown trigger doesn't look so good, might be the pic, but to the looks of it he's all pale, not good.
either way, nice tank, and your friends is really nice to.

Just took some new pics of my Mellow Yellow today. Look at the other thread. He is doing great, fat, and eats every day. He is not going to die any time soon.
I have had my clown for 2 years now. He looks great to me. Must of been the pic.
I had to buy something for the LFS at the time or loose my credit on the mappa. But now I get all my fish wholesale so I could of got that mellow yellow for $125. Oh well, he is a great fish and worth the money.
