Im setting up a 65 gal tank soon and it will be a REEF tank.
one- Is my tank big enough?
two- Is a pretty much a 50/50 chance that he might eat some corals?

yeah tank is more than big enough. Will probably pick on a few select corals and leave many alone. trial and era. its a fish that may be worth sacraficing a few types of corals. Open brain and fleshy LPS are usually the first corals to be nipped. use larger snails it cant eat.
