can you put more than one hawkfish in a 60gal. i would like to try a longnose and a flame. do you think they would fight?

I've read that this is actually a very bad idea..they won't tolerate each other well at all. But it could be wrong.

A Flame and Regular Hawk can go with each other, but the problem will be when they grow large and the tank is to small for both to have their own spots. I had a Spotted and a Longnose in my 135 for about 3 years, they both ended up a good 5 to 6 inches and mostly stayed away from each other. The regular Hawks stay low where the Longnose likes to perch on a piece of coral up high and watch the world go by.

does anyone know if you can put a red spotted hawk in a agressive tank? I have had mine in my reef for 3 years and he is almost 3" and becoming agressive to my other fish and being teritorial, I have an new agressive tank with a green wolf eel, will he eat him or could he hold his own, I don't want him to get hurt.
