Is the emerald entree a sheet or frozen?
All my frozen meats are from that same brand (as your 4 pack) but lately I tried formula one, mostly because it was different, and it sounded like it was packed with nutrients. BUT, it is just a mushy blob of food. I will try the 4 pack next time I buy food.

The emerald Entree is another type of cube. I buy the 4 pack and a seperate pack of only emerald entree cause all of my fish eat plant stuff.

So the emerald entree is included in that 4 pack? Cause that would be enough for me, I only have the tang and the damsels that like plants. Oh and my blenny, but he's got his hands full with the rest of the tank.

Yeah, it's in the 4 pack. All the stuff is blended so well that a meat eater will eat the algae based stuff. I have a tang, 2 clowns a clownfish goby and an african angel and they all eat every cube. Except the squid, that goes to the anemone. They don't seem to care for that much, but the inverts all love it!
