Heat Issue

I have a 90 Gal FOWLR that has just cycled. I live in a 3 level codo and the tank is on the
3rd floor. I have a wet/dry w/ a pump for the protein skimmer, a return pump, and 3 maxi-jet 900's. I just added a glass top and the temp is staying around 82 to 84( before the top was added it was around 81-82. The room temp is aroumd 73. One of the pumps is a mag 7. Could that be giving off that much heat along w/the ph's. I haven't tried fans yet.
I want the coolest lights I can get. (Thats right no lights yet) I don't want to have to get a chiller but it looks like it might be heading there.
The lights I was thinking are between 48" Tek 4-54 watt t-5's or the 48" Orbit 4-65 watt pc
I'm assuming the t-5's are cooler and what kind of corals could I put in there down the road.
Thanks for any advice

First I would remove the cover.. If you need a cover cause you are going to keep "jumpers" then you might wanna go with an eggcrate cover. Set your heater to 82 that way it'll be a constant 82 instead of going from 81 to 82.
Lastly, it is extremely beneficial to have a fan blowing across the surface of your water!! My house can get as hot as 83 and still maintain a tank temp of 82 and I have 250 watt halides 8 inches from the surface of my water level!

Everything Tizzo said was right on,
Get rid of those glass tops, if you are worried about fish jumping out then get some egg crate to go over the top of the tank, then get a fan to blow air over the top of the water, this will cause more evaporation and cool the tank down. You want a constant temp, not a lot of fluctuation, that is why you should turn your heater up to the level the tank is at during the day (as long as it is not too hot, but 81-21 is just fine).

I am going to keep some jumpers, but I will try the egg crate, Thanks
Do you think the t-5's would be the better choice and could I keep softies, leathers and mushrooms. Also, how much might the lights jump the temp up
