Heater for 90 Gallon Tank

What size heater should I place in my sump on a 90 gallon reef tank.

I use 2 200watt on my 125, so 2 150s should be enough.

I have a 300 watt, it seems to be more than efficient in keeping my tank nice and even ...I have good flow throughout tank....
