HEater QUESTION!!!

Ok, I have my heater on the side suction cupped to the side. But the cord is going out the tank so the lid is closing on it. Is that OK??

I would run the cord out the back in the slot that is cut out for it. Over time the lid will eventually cut the cord and could possibly shock someone or something.
