Heaters - need help ASAP

Our heater went out on our 120 gallon tank. AAAHH!!! I need one ASAP. We have an 800 watt but from what I'm reading our 120 gallon tank does not need one that high?
What does everyone think??

all depends on how warm you keep your house i have a 250 watt on my 210g and keep the house at 71 and the tank at 78.

Id get 2 or 3 smaller ones for your tank. id get 2 or 3 250W heaters.

We keep our house at 70 and the tank is usually 78-80 degrees. Now it has dropped to 74. I don't know what to do...

1 or even 2-250 watt would be more than you need.
