Well I looked up heaters, and it said 100watts for 30g, so around 250watts. I believe people recommend putting it in the sump, but I'm not for sure. I got a submersible that sticks on the glass in my 20g.

Heater? I'm not sure. Just picked one up at petsmart that looked cool LOL. The tank is glass.LOL

I like two smaller heaters rather than one big one.I recommend the Vis-therm Stealth heaters(2 150w)for a 75.They are the ones in case in plastic. That what I have in my 75gal.BTW,I recommend 2 smaller heaters just in case one sticks and it won't overheat the tank as much.

5 watts per gallon is the usual size, so for your tank about 350-400w. I'd use (2) 200w heaters. My perference is Jager, but lots of people here like the Visi Therms too.
Nobody really makes a very good titanium heater. Some are better than others, but they are all so problematic that I'd rather take my chance with breaking glass than a stuck on heater.
