Heaters?

ok i am still preparing my tank want to know what you reccomend for a 55gallon fowlr tank for heating. I have heard get two smaller(lower watts) heaters, or get one (large heater more watts) what do you recommend? and if so how many watts do i need for a 55 for two heaters or one which ever you reccomend thanks!!

Get 2 150W stealth heaters....Just my opinion

Where are you located, and what about's are the average room temperature the tank's going to be in? A tank in Minnesota has very different heating needs from a tank in Key West...

usually is currenlty kept at 68 in the house. live in texas

i find that for my tank, two smaller heaters on the sides is better than one big heater in the middle. Keeps the take more evenly heated.
