heating for 150g

i'd put 1. i hv one in my 150 fowlr tank. i just put it near the middle.

Totally agree with TriGa22, if one fails then the one you have will work hard but should keep your tank warm till you get another one. I have a 125 and two heaters just for that reason. IMO

I'd do 2 heaters, never hurts to have a fail-safe, I have a 180 and I use 2 250's works great!!!

2 250's should be just fine

I have two Visi-Therm stealth heaters for my 125 and the are rated:
250W 15" 75 gallons
so it should work for yours.
