Hello everyone.. JUst wanted tell everyone that this site is great!!! I found alot of info on what i need to start my first sw tank.. planning on doing a fowlr tank.. I even built my own custom stand ..waiting on my RO/DI unit to arrive so I can start cycling an setup. i tried to post pic's but they are too big..anyway , can't wait to get my hands wet with swf

Man, that is a first. Fireplace with fish tank on top. What do you have in there?

At the moment nothing . what you see is a backing I put on the glass.. I always wanted a fireplace in my apartment .so I wanted to save space an built the two together ..

Nice tank. I've always thought solid black or blue backgrounds help bring out the colors of saltwater fish.

YES..I WAS PLANNING ON DOING A BLACK BACK GROUND BUT WANTED SOMETHING DIFFERENT. THIS SITE IS FULL OF GEAT INFO!! EVERYONE SEEMS TO HELP PEOPLE OUT..I THINK THAT IS GREAT IN HELPING A NEWCOMER (LIKE MYSELF) ENJOY THIS HOBBY. :happyfish
