HELP 9v in display tank!

What should I do I tryed to figue out which pice of equiptment was faulty, but I unpluged each one one at a time and the voltage fluctuated alittle but never droped much. Where is this coming from how do I get rid of it?

you can get a grounding rod or if you buy a titanium heater it is like a heater and a grounging rod in one. you will still need to figure out where it is coming from and replace that piece of equipment.

I tryed to figure out the pice of equipment but it all seems to be good I change the receptical out to a gfci and it is holding so I don't know what the problem is. And the voltage in the tank jumped to 43v. Don't get a shock now when I put my hand in so I don't know what to do. I guess I will just have to try a grounding rod.
