Help after I used a magnet cleaner on my tank

Well I used a magnet cleaner to clean up some of the algae that my slackers(astreas) haven't been cleaning. Well now I got these little turd like algae clumps floating everywhere!!
Will the filter and the protien skimmer pick them up?
If they stay on the bottom will my hermits eat them?

will if all fails to rid you of your turds, do a water change and take the turds with the water you syphon out..hope it helps.

some damsels can eat them but if they dont your filters should get them.
