Help!! Anemone has Shrunk

My Anemone has been doing good for about 5 months until recently. He has gone from a baseball size down to a quarter. It seems just his foot is left with just a few short arms sticking out.They are still bright orange, but very short no more then a couple of centimeters long. He is in direct path of my lights 6 T5 54w kit. I tried to feed it some silverside fish, but he just closes up on it and won't take it.
Light bulbs are only 7 months old.
The tank itself has been running for 2 years.
I do water changes every 2weeks.
I don't know what is going on if anyone can give me some pointers that would be good. Thanks

Um some shrink when they are pooping. Mine shrinks at night and expands during the day.

You could try to get it to eat very small foods, like pe mysis or zooplankton soaked in selcon. Good luck!

did you test alk levels? what test kits did you use and can you go to an lfs to confirm you results

Yes they do have individual reflectors.
