Help! Anemone stuck behind rock

I have an anemone that moved behind the rock. It is trying to come out thru the small hole. Should I just let it work itself out or do I have to do it myself. If I have to do it myself, I have to remove everything. Too much trouble. What do you all think?

Let it be they have a mind and a will of their own. There isn't much you can do if they take a mind to move. Maybe directing a current directly at it will encourage it to re-locate...other than that there is little you can do short of manually moving it.

ours has a mind of its own. He finally came to rest behind one of our rocks, we aren't thrilled but whatever.

dont worry he is fine thats what they do mine hides all the time thats how they feel safe he will come out when hes ready hes not stuck i have one that sucks himself into a rock at night then comes out when the lights come on
