Help! AquaC Remora Question

Ok, I had my skimmer off for about 4 days, I added some red slime remover. I turned it back on last night, after a water change and now it is just pulling up wet foam and water! i have moved it up and then down and now back up again. It is filling the cup up fast. How dod I fix this??

thats pretty normal after using the slime remover. Just let it run, do you're water change

actually, i think that's the worst thing you can do. if you have an episode in the tank that makes it start going crazy like tarrahsmom's is, you'll empty alot of water from your tank before it stops sucking water.
chances are, the mj1200, or mag2 is below some of the rock, and corals as well. in the event of a situation, you'll lose livestock, and have a very wet floor.

The best thing I ever did with mine was install a drain valve and run it into a gallon jug...
run that drain valve back to tank i recomend this for all out of sump
skimmers.and makesure that drain is at the top of collection cup as a backup.
