Help ASAP with octo hang on back skimmer

I have the octopus BH-800s, I need to know how to get rid of the small bubbles coming out of the return also how high to set the collection cup. Someone please help me out ASAP I am getting really frustrated and sick of overflowing my tank.

if its new it might need to break in for a week to a month...

raise the cup all the way ,and the bubbles will end in about a week

I agree just give it more time to break in.
