Help Changing Water!

I'm all setup to do my water change tomorrow but i have one more question.
I'm going to do a 6 gal water change but, i need to know how long i should take filling the tank with the new water!
I know that i can't just pour all the water in at once.
Is a gallon per 10 minutes ok. . .i dont know?

I have always added mine a gallon at a time. about a minute a piece. 6 gallons/ 6 minutes. If you have it matching your tanks parameters and tempature and salinity it should not matter

what if the only thing that water matches is my salinity?

As long as it's not to hot or to cold and is the same or close to the salinity........Go for it!

what do i do if the water will be a room tempurature, which could be 75 degress?

Add it slowly ( I mean while pouring it in )
