OK I have a reef tank and my tomato clown has a bad case of fin rot. He's eating good and active but I am afraid that if I do nothing the disease will get worse and he will kick it.
I don't have a hospital tank and really want to avoid getting one. I have various corals in my tank such as torches, brains, large xenia colony.
Anyone have some sound advice how to treat this? I know the best thing would be to set up a hospital tank and treat him with copper or somehing but I just don't want to flip the bill to set up an isolation tank so I am hoping there is a medication or technique alternative that can help my little guy pull through.
Dazzel me with your brilliance.
