help finding a canister filter cartridge

I have an ocean clear canister filter and I need to replace the cartridge but I can't find anywhere to order one. I know that they are reusable and I do have replacements, unfortunately they were not stored properly and are moldy and gross.
Does anyone know of where I can get replacements?
I should say hello as well as I am new to this forum.

Can you use some bleach to clean off the mold? Also try a google search i just did found a few companies who sell them.
