HELP!!! Fish are laying on bottom breathing heavy

I am still stuck on this oxygenation thing and the reason I asked about temp is because the cooler the water, the more oxygen it "holds".
Your powerheads are blowing toward the top? Like, you have a significant hump in the surface above it?

You said the fish have been in there for 2 weeks.....did you add them all at once? Has your tank only been set up for two weeks?

yea there is signiicant water movement on the surface there is a hump where the powerhead is pointed

no i didnt add them all at one time they all been in there together for two weeks.. i added the damsel and the angel and two weeks later added the tang and tomato clown.. and they all hve know been together for two weeks... sorry worded it wrong, and i was at lfs yesterday and they tested my water and got the same results..
we been there already.

it is going on three months now, cycled for 5 weeks, water change after checked parameters they were good went and got two of my fish and they were in for two weeks did 20% water change tested parameters all good and went back to store and took water with had them check they said it was good and got the other two then.. and i am going to do another waterchange tommorow..

Then as far as I can tell, your environment is optimum.
Parameters are all in check,
temp is in check,
water is getting oxygen.
So, hopefully the fish will be fine. If not then the next step is to look at the actual fish, as in did you QT, and what disease or illness could spread fast and have these symptoms.
So hopefully they will be OK.

Could be fish Yoga man....deep breathing excersises....that sand bed is like their yoga matt....mine do it every wednesday

Hey, I had to "rescue breath" my fish the other day. He was breathing so fast, and I know on people you encourage them to slow down, so I grabbed the fishes gills and held them shut for moments at a time! It actually worked believe it or not. After 5 minutes or so of this "resue breathing" his breathing slowed and stayed that way.

and on the plus side of all of this happening today i just noticed that my tank has coraline algae growing on the sides and the back...
