I have a 125 "semi-reef" tank thats been up and running for 2 years.
Ammonia:0.00
Nitrites:0.00
Nitrates:0.00
Salinity:1.024
Phosphates:cant test right now, need a new test kit.
In the last 10 days Iv lost 3 fish.
Keyhole Angle
Yellow Tang
Coral Beauty
All 3 lost thier color and thier fins seemed to just disappear. Thier demenor and appitites never changed.
Iv added nothing new to the tank besides water or topoffs in roughly 6 months and tht was just 12 cerith snails. The odd part is that my maroons and my anemones are doing great! In fact every thing except those fish are doing great! I figured that if there wassomething wrong with my tank the more sensitive critters would show it first.
Im at a loss, any help would be appreciated.

they all seemed to get along fine. The two angles stayed at opposite sides of the tank. I forgot to mention,I also lost a lawnmower blenny about 2 weeks ago.

What's the water temperature? I once lost 6 fish in one day due to overheating of the aquarium on a hot NJ day. Also, where do you get the water for your tank? Is it possible it's polluted with some toxin? You might also want to test the Oxygen. If the water is colder (seeing as winter is coming around), you need more Oxygen in the water to ensure the ideal saturation is maintained. Make sure you have your powerheads on and if possible, have them blow oxygen into the tank.
The rapid loss of fins after death makes its seem like something is scavenging off of the carcasses.
Sorry to hear about your loss mate.

Thanks. My tank stays between 74-78 degrees. I use RO water for my topoffs and water changes. As for oxygen,I have two powerheads aimed at the surface and one aireating(?) in my sump. The fins seemed seemed to wither while the fish were still alive. This is a complete mystery to me.

Did you notice any white spots on them at all? On the fins or on the body?

Honestly no. All 3 were healthy, active, good eating fish. They all looked great til they each lost there color and started deteriating. I mean they went fast too. It onlt took a day for them to go from vibrant colorful fish to pale sickly looking fish. Once that happened it was only another day til they died. Iswear I think I had an outbreak of the abola virus. My clowns, Darter goby, Anomones, Inverts, and Corals are all doing fine. I dont really want to co anything with this tank til I figure out what happened to them.

What fish is left alive and do you notice any fin degeneration? Did the fins appear frayed or raggedy, or just "cut off"?

I'm lost. You might want to post this on the disease section, there are some real experts on fish health there.

My 2 maroon clowns and my zebra goby are doing fine, in fact the zebra is out allthe time now. He used to hide most of the time. No fin detiation on them at all. The fins on the fish I lost seemed to wither away. Their tails were fine just their pectoral fins were effected.

Yeah me to. I probably should've posted it there from the beginning. Maybe a moderator could move it for me so I don't have to start it all over.
