I took him out and acclimated him to my DT water and is in my DT now, towards a corner breating hard, It's upright leaning towards the rock work? What can i do?

This sounds like a possible collection issue, which is not uncommon to Flame Angels. Many are collected using cyanide.
How did you acclimate?
How big is the fish?
Did you see it eat in the LFS?
Any sign of parasites, such as ich, or does it just appear very stressed and lethargic?

To the op I mean no disrespect but I have to ask. The salinity you state for your QT indicates that you were undergoing hypo for your angel. Did you gradually lower the salinity to hypo levels with the angel in the QT. also how long did you take raising the salinity the angel was in from hypo levels to the level in your DT

My lemonpeel angel did the same thing. Could be a case of Dwarf Angel Disease. Basically a bacteria that will kill them, my fish was fine then i noticed the slower moving and then she was sitting there kinda inverted , mouth facing up and breathing hard. They currently have her in a QT at the LFS. Did you notice any discoloration in its belly, mine had a distinct brown color which was caused by internal hemoriging.
