Help! French angelfish emergency

Hello i have had this fish about 3 weeks in the QT. About a week ago he started to get white spots under the fins it appears. I did a freshwater bath prazi and cupramine and it doesn't appear to be getting better. Any other suggestions? Not eating either. Breating is advanced though not out of control.

This looks like Head and Lateral Line Erosion, but getting this all within 1 week seems extreame. Can you tell if those spots are actually eroded scales or just blanched discoloration? What are the water parameters in your QT: Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, temp, salinity?

Water is all normal. I have all the tests. The scales are discolored not eroded. I have tried cupramine and prazipro along with neoplex. Nothing seems to ne working. This happened very fast. Maybe bacterial? I appreciate your thoughts. It's getting dire

I'd say stress and poor living conditions. Way too much dosing of various meds that are pretty much unrelated to this. Do a gradual water change to dilute out the meds. What and how often are you feeding?
