my porcupine puffer has turned white and is trying to swim full speed into the tank wall whats going on? ill but up my levels in the next post.

your pH is way way too low that needs to come up but wait for other suggestions on this one....someone here will be able to help you better

What test do you use for nitrate? Do you have a QT or treatment tank you can acclimate him into? Do you have other fish and how are they?
You need to change out some of your puffers tank water ASAP. I'd do 30% and test in 24 hrs.
The low PH is probably caused by the no3 problem.
