You just have to buy more crabs. Some snails reproduce in capitivity but you can't make it go any faster.
A few tank bred fish are available but it is pretty difficult and labor intensive. Search this forum for clownfish breeding 101.

I bought three Emeralds and threw them in. about 6mos later i notice one got bigger and when i placed it in my nano the crab died. When i took the crab out it had laid a huge sac of eggs which never hatched because the sea horse i had ate them. I'm not sure if this works with hermits or not.

Put on some Barry White, open a bottle of Courvoisier and let nature take it's course....

i have had snails reproduce in my aquarium a lot but its hard to see the eggs sometime they get eatin and other times they get scraped off the glass.
But it takes a while for them to grow atleast a year to get of size so you'll be better off buuying some.
