Help - how to catch a fish

I have a 150 gal plexiglass tank with quite a bit of a man mad reef inside.
The tank is built into a corner with 2 siedes exposed. It stands about 4 feet off the ground and is about 3 ft w X 4 ft high.
I planned very well except for 1 fish. A sohal Tang. I have a Naso and a few other smaller fish. The Naso and the Sohal stick around together but the Sohal is definatley geting nasty.
DIY people are typically ingenious and that's why this is posted here.
I need a creative way to get the fish out of the tank. I have a nice home for him if I can get him out of the tank. Lest someonsay be patient, I have waited with a few nets and a plastic stick for about 2-3 hours to no avail.
I was thinking of developing some sort of live trap per the typical squirrel traps (of course only with plexiglass), but perhaps someone has an easier answer.

Any ide of what they look like, how they work or who makes them.
Only a generic picture is shown that doesn't seem to show anything.
Has anyone used these before?
Anyone made something themselves that works?

Honestly, I just take everything out and get him, I know it's going to come down to that anyway so I get it over with.

Not on this one - no can do.
The setup from someone else took a day. There are probably a few fish hidding inside the massive structures.
I would think someone would have thought of a way to catch them since it seems to be a recurring problem.

Ok, I have had to catch my hippo tang twice for qt...here's what I do. I remove rock from one end of the tank, then I sink a plexiglass panel into the tank...then I entice the fish to the rockless end of the tank with food, and while they are eating I quickly swing the plexiglass panel in position to become a wall which prevents them from getting out of the rockless side of the tank... then I have a much easier time of catching them. I use a dollar store plastic sieve thing...kind of like a collander with a handle to catch the "corralled" fish.

i had a 55gal tank with a couple of arches that i didnt was to break down just 2 get these 2 damn blu fin damsels. wasted 10 mins of my life using the tradtional corner n net trick. then spent 3 mins makin this!

added mysis shrip as bait and fish started to nibble around the bottle until one damsel went in... then after many incorrect catches the second went in. now they live in my lfs happily ever after! :joy:. plus its fun to watch.
*a sohal tang huh? well if this trap captured my yellow tang then it could handle ur sohal.

I have a 75 gal. w/ 150 lb of LR in it and I can catch any fish I want without taking out anything! LOL I just wait untill nite time and I turn off all the lights in my house and make sure it is dark, then I turn off my lights over my tank and just turn on my LED lights. it is light enough for me to see the fish I need to get out, but it is to dark for the fish to see my net coming! LOL it also helps to wear dark colored shirt like black or dark blue so the fish don't see ya! works everytime for me!
