[help] I don't know what happen with my tank!?

I don't know what happen with my tank?
recently, my clownfish X2 & yellow tank have dead
I've checked the saltwater level, ph, NH3, nitrite...all are fine...
I don't why my fishes are died??
can anyone help me?
what can I do to improve my tank...and my fish won't easily die...
my tank is nano cube 24

the clownfish x2 and yellow tank didn't have the white spot...
but, one of my fish in my tank has white spot...

I forgot to say something...
only the fishes have died...without any reason...
but my starfish...and cleaner shrimp all are okay...

how big was the yellow tang?..
and i agree you should take a water sample from your tank and bring it to a LFS and see if anything is wrong. Also i suggest not getting any "big" fish that need alot of room to swim.
Do you have places for your fish to hide?

It's not the number of fish, it's the fish them selves are not appropriate for the nano.
I would help us help you more if you would list as much info as possible.
Age of tank?
What is in the tank?
Filtration?
List the actual numbers of your water parameters? amm. Nitrites, Nitrates, SG, Temp and any other you test for. How long did you have these fish?
If new how did you aclimate them?
What were you feeding?, and how often?
wHAT TYPE OF WATER ARE YOU USING? TAP OR RO/DI?
What type and how often is your maintance?
