I can not remember the name of this and I even read a post last week on this. What are the brown stringy things that sometimes will come with lr. You are not supposed to keep them. Does anyone know what I talking about (The name) so I can do a search.

ok, they are little redish and brown grows on the lr. They are about the size of an eraser on a pencil. If you do not remove thhem they will try to take over your tank. Iknow the name, but for the life of me I can not remember it. <img src="graemlins//yeahright.gif" border="0" alt="[yeahright]" />
They kinda look like anemone, just small.

Ummm... do these kind of open up like flowering tube worms? I've got two on my LR... thought they were cool... brownish flowering things that sort of pick "catch" food from the current. Get rid of these? or are these something else?

Sort of like that, but these things don't "retreat" as far as I can tell. When they are not waiving in the current, they lay limp. They like light. I can't really see a tube, just the flowering parts. Hmmmm.
Well anyway, will a couple of pepperment shrimp get along with my new cleaner shrimp... and everyone esle in the tank?
