Help!! I order fish from this site

i order fish from this site and they have not come yet because someone at FedEx F**KED UP. the fish should of been at my house today. the tracking info from FedEx said that my Package missed the Delivery Tuck.
So my Question is how long can my fish live in the bags?

This seems to be a common post lately...
My fish were a day late and everything is still alive 3 weeks later except one coral beauty angel, which did live a few days. I can't even tell you how shocked I was when I opened the box and everything was still swimming around.
Other people posted that their orders were 2 days late... hopefully they can chime in and let you know what success they had. I'd definitely email swf.com right now and make sure they know about the situation, though.

That really stinks! I know how exciting it is waiting for fish, coral etc. to be delivered, and it's really dissapointing when it doesn't come. All you can do is keep your fingers crossed. My LR I purchased from SWF.com was a day late. If your fish do arrive DOA you will be refunded so don't worry about losing your money. Just as kas2247 stated e-mail SWF.com and let them know it is a day late, they are usually really helpful and quick to respond to you! It's FedEx's fault and they will have to pay if your order is dead.
Keep us posted and let us know when they arrive and what condition they arrive in!

well, the 15 day guarantee starts from the time they arrive - so at least you got that going for you...

Watch the language...if you can't communicate without swearing, go to another site

the fish are packed to live for 48 hours in the bags, being a day late every thing should be alive for awhile even after youu get them, i just got a order from SWF.com also, and so far only lost the blackcap basslet, i had to send a dead fish back =/ by the time i found out it was dead it was floating in my tank with its belly eaten out, black caps are hiders at first so when i didnt see him i didnt worry to much but then i seen him floating =/

Unfortunately, Fedex will not deliver it on a saturday. Are they at your local fedex office or somewhere else?

I would assume that FedEx has a guarantee on either overnight or 2nd day shipping. I would contact SWF and see what is going on, maybe FedEx will make it right since they did not get the package there as promised... If not, you still have the 15 day guarantee.
