Help! I think my clown is dying!

I came in this afternoon, and my percula clown was swimming oddly and breathing about 5 gulps per second! Sometimes he just sits in the corner and seems to has labored breathing, but sometimes he swims in the middle of the water at about a 45 degree angle with his head up and his tail down. My levels were ok, except my nitrite (2.0 ppm) wasn't perfect. I did a 25% water change anyway, but he doesn't seem any better. My Gramma and my damsel are fine. I have a 10 gal. Any suggestions?

Nothing has died. Actually, the only thing in the tank is a yellow-tail blue damsel that I used to cycle the tank with. The clown was the first addition.
My clown is now sitting on the substrate behind a plant, and is practically leaning against the glass to stay upright. Sometimes he stops moving his fins and just gasps. Oddly enough he does attempt to eat if food comes near enough. He grabbed two flakes earlier this morning, but nothing since.
A new development... my blue damsel looks like he has very small white spots on his dorsal fin.

Just an update. My clown actually swam a few laps late this afternoon. Not a white spot on him as far as I can tell  . And I've tried to check that damsel a little closer and i'm not convinced its ich that is on him :notsure: . Oh well we'll see.
