Well is isn't yout typics Id'ing! I was at a LFS that I never went to before in NYC. Anyway they had the coolest fish ever it barley moved and it didn't really look like a fish it looked almosty like a piece of live rock. I forgot excatly what it was called it sounded like Angularis. The color was exactly like live rock and then they also had a jet black one in another tank.
If anyone knows what i'm talking about help me out. This isn't a species I have ever seen anywhere online or in a LFS.
Thanks in advance Adam

The fish is probably an Angler, so called because they have an appendage hanging over their head to attract smaller fish close enough to eat them :scared: The appendage acts as "bait".
They are very cool fish but not one I'd care to get to know.

That picture isnt an Angler.
And, many people keep Angler/Frogfish. I've had 5 - 6 over my years in the hobby, a guy I know has upwards of 15 of them, all right now in different tanks...so on and so forth.
They're much more delicate than most fish and require a species only tank. That's why you dont see too many people keeping them.

I think that photo is an angler. Frogfish is another type, but is more square bodied than the angler.

Anglers and Frogfish are the same thing.
That picture is of a species of Lizardfish.
Although different colors, every species of Angler/Frogfish has the same body shape.

Can I put a really small one in a 90 gallon reef? What are the tank requirements and what do they not get along with?

Yes you can, but any fish and shrimp the same size or smaller than it will become lunch. They're also not exactly the easiest fish to feed. Even if you get one weaned onto frozen foods, they wait for the food to come to it instead of going to the food.
