Help Id disease

I have a yellowtail blue damsel that I have only had for about a week but today I noticed that near it's tail, it has what looks like pieces of his scales have been chewed off. I don't know a lot about different diseases but if it is something nasty, I want to take care of it now. Please help!

Do you have other fish in with him? If so, then what kind? Do you see any redness or just the fin looks bitten?

There are two other damsels and it just now looks like one of the other ones is starting to sign the same signs as the first guy. I am just wondering if it is something that I am doing or did they came with whatever they have from the lfs. It really just looks like something has been pulling the scales off his body and the other fish has the same thing but closer to his fins. I had no idea what they might have.

More than likely the damsels are picking at each other
