Help ID please

I found this odd looking creature in the bottom of the tank, must have come in on some LR. It shifts shapes to move. It looks harmless, but I wanted opinions on whether I should remove it or not.

It looks to me like a fragment of a Nemertea Worm that is starting to regenerate into a full worm.

or.... could be a baby Peanut Worm that jumped out of its rock.

Dont know about you but, if I DONT KNOW WHAT IS IS... I DONT HOLD IT IN MY HAND!! LOLOL
IS it slimy, looks slimy!
