Help ID something on Elegance

This is my first post, but have done alot of research on this forum. My question is I have had a elegance coral for about 4 months now and just recently noticed a round whiteish spot that didn't belong on the side of the skeleton. As I looked closer I noticed it moved in when I put a flash light on it. So me and my girlfriend very easly pulled a whiteish bug out of my elegance. Some how it boured itself in and I never new it was there. I don't have any pictures yet, but it is about a half inch long with I don't know how many legs, and was curled in half, and looks like it has an orange egg sack. Can someone please tell me what it is,and if it is a pest.

Sounds kind of like one of the common copepods that come on live rock. Except I don't think I have ever seen one a half inch long. I would be interested in seeing a picture.
