What is this thing in my tank?

I am sure that it came form the LR. What should I do? It is about 1 1/2" long.

Oh no its a blood sucking sponge!!!!! No really looks like the same thing I have but smaller.

its most likely just a worm if your lucky its a nudi(probly not)
i would say he is safe but i'll double check to see if i can find something similar in this book
