Hello, new here in this hobby and already addicted
. just want to know what they are. I have not been able to id my snails. when i was at the fish store i saw this green pyramid snail working his butt off and i just watched him for a while.he was very impressive so bought him.the people that worked there didnt know what it was either, they just charged me the price of the astrea snails. I was looking for a cleaning crew and he is like a one man cleaning crew. He out works my 2 turbo snails big time. the turbo snails do work hard too but nothing like this one.I noticed he doesnt get on the sand at all like the turbos do, but thats fine with me.thats why I just picked up some nassarius snails today and got a hitchiker, dont know what it is either.I also picked up another wierd looking green snail today and need help id. thanks

Did you buy it? Also, I am not an expert, wait until more people comment. If you bought it it most likely is not a sun dial.
The white shelled snail is most likely a nassarius snail-good for mixing up sand bed and cleaning detritus

The green snails would not be the sun dial, but your third picture looks like a black snail, not green.
Hard to tell from pic.

The green one looks like a limpet. The white one is a tongan nassarius, with an aiptasia on his shell. I would recommend pulling it off of him out of the tank, they are a pest anemone that can spread all over your tank.

i got that sun dial one at the lfs but the guy didnt even know what it was.
it is a nassarius snail, i was just asking about the hitchiker on him. it doesnt look like a aiptasia. i already have a few aiptasia's from this caulerpa that i bought and this doesnt look like them. unless there are different types of aiptasia's. this one has black strips on the tenticle things.
i looked up limpets and thats not it either.
both snails are green and the nassarius white.
