Yep, some type of crab. Kinda cool looking. Probably not safe for your tank though.

Looks like a teddy bear crab but i don't think so. Teddy bears fur is more dense if i remember correctly. I would keep any eye on your invert population. If it doesn't go missing then i wouldn't worry about him to much. He looks tiny right now. No bigger than a quarter?
