Help-> Kohl Tang

I think my kohl Tang may have some disease.. He eats a ton of algea and even some food i feed my two perc. clowns; but lately he's been looking pretty thin... and today i noticed two spots on his posterior end. you can see the two dots vaguely on the oppiosite side. It's most noticeable on just one side though.

Does it look like the white spots near this fish's tail?

no, it's more transparent, but still some color

Can you post a picture? Or an exact description and location, size.

it's right below the dorsal fin, on the yellow tang you posted, i'd say it would be right between the spot of ich and the weird scribbled out area on the fish. My fish tank is about 120 gallons, sorry i can't post a pic, not having a digital camera is a real inconvience..

Is it a bump or a discolored flat spot? What is the size?
