help lights

i maybe getting lights does this sound ok? compact fluorescant jebo. they have 2 -55w blue and 2- 55w 10 k bulbs. i have 55 gallon 48 inch tank with mushroom,ricordia, anemonies. :help:

Not really enough light for anemonies. Good for soft corals though.

someone was selling t5 by nova which had 2 daylights and 1 acentic 28 w. is this enought? :help:
