Help! Long tentacle anemone

Hey guys I just got a long tentacle anemone yesterday and he hasn't really open up yet.... His tentacles have extended partially for a little last night but today no luck.... I was told these guys prefer to stay on the sand bed... What kind of waterflow should I get him?
75g tank
65lb LR
2 bulb 48 inch solar max h.o t5 fixture
48 inch truelumen lED strip
Water quality is good... Had it checked yesterday... Any tips? And also how long do they take to fully open?

How long has the tank be running?

What else is in the tank?

What kind of waterflow do you have now?

Not sure exact parameters but they were tested yesterday and said everything was great... Tank is a little Over a year old... And I have 4 powerheads of varying sizes but was curious how much flow I should give him

How is the Anemone doing?

4 powerheads should be sufficient flow. The tentacles should be always slowly moving but not enough flow to make them fratically waving in the current. Usually the Anemone will crawl to a spot with the right amount of light & current.
