well im about ready to add another fish to my tank.. i currently have a LMB and a marron clown. the tank is a 55 gallon reef with about 60lbs of live rock. i really want a kole tang dispite what the tang police think. but i think i should wait longer before getting one.. i wouldnt mind a nice colorfull lyretail anthias.. but my tank is open top(going to have a canopy soon) and i heard they are notourious jumpers. i really love sixlines,, but knida worry about if it would be agressive to future fish. i want something that swims a good bit.. to add a lil more action to the tank. ive been thinking about a Orchid Dottyback cause i think they are amazing looking fish.. but they also seem to shy. gimme some ideas people!

I second for the sixline wrasse. They are very active and love to swim in and out of the rockwork. Mine will hold his own against my yellow watchman but its usually just a big fin display between the two of them. Other than that never had any problems:D

I'm with waterfaller, and a LMB/scooter combo works---at least in my tank. Even though its called a blenny, isnt it really a dragonette...if you pick a scooter, try to get a male. When they extend that "fan" its beautiful (just an eye candy thing, nothing wrong with a female though). The only thing with the tang, as compared to an angel, is the color "pop". Maybe something to consider also. Good luck :)

i want to stay away from angels. cause i just dont trust them on being reef safe when they seem to be more hit or miss. i do love coral beauty and flame angels.. im really considering a yellowstriped fairy wrasse right now.. but its price tag seems a lil high to me..seen it online from 60-100 bucks

bi-color angels aren't a problem in reef tanks. They're my fav. If not, you gotta go with a bangaii cardinal. Both fish have great personalities, and roam a lot.:D
